What you should know.

Does my old dentist have to use DentalScouts?

No shared account is intended to be required. The planned workflow contacts the prior office through its established release process and offers a secure way to deliver files.

Will I still need new X-rays?

Possibly. Your new dentist determines what imaging is clinically needed. Previous images may provide helpful context but do not guarantee that new imaging can be avoided.

How long does it take?

Turnaround depends on the outgoing practice, record availability, and applicable access rules. We are not promising instant delivery or a fixed turnaround during the pilot.

Can I upload my records here?

Not yet. This early-access page only accepts contact information. Do not submit patient records, health details, or X-rays through the pilot form.
