For dental offices

Questions before you start.

If yours is not here, email hello@dentalscouts.com and a person answers.

Does DentalScouts rank or score applicants?

No. It checks the must-haves you set (licence, days, start date, distance) and reports a plain pass or not, with the reason. There is no score and no recommended order. You read the answers and decide.

I already post on Indeed and ZipRecruiter. What changes?

Nothing about where you post. Add one forwarding rule to the inbox that receives applications and DentalScouts handles the replies, questions and booking from there.

Who sees applicant information?

You and the people you add to your practice account. We never sell or share it, never build a resume database from it, and delete it when you ask.

What do applicants see?

A reply signed by your practice, from a DentalScouts address on your behalf, and your name on the interview invite. They can ask to speak to a person at any point and the message comes straight to you.

How does quiet sourcing find hygienists?

Hygienists and new graduates join our list and tell us the pay, days and radius they want. When your opening fits, we tell them first and share your details only if they say yes. We never contact a hygienist's current office and never buy contact lists.

Is this a staffing agency?

No. Your practice is the employer, the hire is yours, and there is no placement fee. We do not place temps.

How do I cancel?

Close the role and the bill stops that day, prorated. Your account and history stay. Within the first paid month, if we did not get a single reply out, email us for a full refund.

What about the records pilot on this site?

It continues at dentalscouts.com/records for practices and patients coordinating dental record transfers. Hiring and records are separate products with separate data.
