How it works

Forward the emails. Approve the drafts. Meet the people.

DentalScouts sits between your job postings and your inbox. It reads each application the moment it arrives, replies in your voice, asks your must-have questions, and books the interview. You see everything and approve anything that goes beyond the first reply.

Setup takes ten minutes

1

Get your forwarding address

We give you an address like applicants-smiles@dentalscouts.com. Add it as a forwarding rule on the inbox that receives your Indeed, ZipRecruiter and Facebook applications. Keep posting exactly where you post today.

2

Set your must-haves

For each open role, pick the questions that decide a pass: licence in your state, days available, earliest start, distance. Anything else is a conversation, not a filter.

3

Open interview slots

Connect your Google or Outlook calendar, or type the slots. Applicants who pass pick one; the confirmation and reminder go out on their own.

What goes out, and who approves it

Drafts are written by a language model from your role settings and the applicant's own words, and signed by your practice from a DentalScouts address on your behalf. It never decides who you hire: it reports who meets the must-haves you set, with the reason, and you make every call.

Where the data lives

Applications, replies and interview notes stay in your account, hosted in the US, and are deleted when you ask. We never sell or share them and never build a resume database from them. Hygienists on our opt-in list chose to be there and can leave in one tap.
